I have provided services across the lifespan in a variety of settings. I work with children/adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. My specialties include exposure to early childhood trauma or trauma throughout the life span, managing life transitions, and navigating infertility, perinatal, and postpartum experiences. I also specialize in children, adolescents, and their families, specifically with anxiety, early childhood trauma, foster/adoption concerns, and other issues affecting a family’s daily functioning. I also have specialized training through the Child Trauma Academy, where I am trained using the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, which helps to understand better a child’s brain and the effects of early childhood abuse.
