We accept the following insurance providers:

  • Colorado Medicaid (Colorado Access and Colorado Community Health Alliance)
  • Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • District 17 Victims Compensation

Please note: Not all therapists at Cascading Hope are covered by all listed insurance plans. Verify coverage before scheduling.

Pricing

  • Licensed Therapists: $140.00 per 55-minute session
  • Unlicensed Therapists: $120.00 per 55-minute session
  • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): Full session cost
  • No-Call/No-Show: Full session cost (limited to 3 occurrences; additional no-shows will result in referral to another provider)
  • Group Therapy Rates: Determined at the time of announcement; prices vary
  • Court Appearance:
    • $250.00/hour plus travel time and mileage
    • Day rate applies for appearances exceeding 3 hours
